Refund policy

At Desert Rose Perfume, we accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective item.

Eligible Returns

Only items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described are eligible for return.
Change of mind, wrong scent preference, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

How to Return

Contact us immediately at contact@draljazeera.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once this is completed, you can ship the item back in its original packaging, with the supplied return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will cover return shipping only for verified defective items.
